This helps students build confidence and character while becoming more well-rounded individuals. On the mat, our instruction is for everyone. Led by a former Korean National Team member, students learn from the best and develop professional Taekwondo skills to use in competition or self-defense situations. Our School
U.S. Taekwondo Conroe provides students with an uplifting culture to join and in which to train. We work each day to help students reach their goals, encouraging steady progress every day. We tell students they don’t need to be the best, but we want their best effort each time they step on the mat. There’s also an emphasis on students only comparing themselves to who they were yesterday. Progression—as a person and athlete—is more important than surpassing someone else. The growth students see in their confidence and skills will carry over to work, school, home, and every other aspect of life. Competitors and hobbyists alike have a home to train Taekwondo in Conroe at our school!
Our History
Master Jin opened U.S. Taekwondo Conroe in September 2025 to bring the community a place to learn and grow. She saw Conroe as the perfect place to expand U.S. Taekwondo due to the area’s warm and welcoming culture. Her mission is to help build up the children—the future generation—and help them develop confidence, respect, and other life skills. The experience can change lives. For Master Jin, Taekwondo is huge in her life. Her training began in South Korea, where she eventually represented the National Team, medaling in the 2014 Asian Games. Her distinguished Taekwondo experience, focus on people over athletes, and commitment to teaching help make U.S. Taekwondo Conroe a special place to train!

Master Jin is one of the most accomplished Taekwondo coaches around. Her 27+ years of training – including earning a medal in the 2014 Asian Games – provide students with a perspective few can gain.
This is a true learning experience in Taekwondo. Students will learn technical skills that have been used against the best and values taught throughout traditional Taekwondo. It’s an all-around experience for students on and off the floor.
Even with our high-end competitive knowledge, there is something we value even more. Our training prioritizes building the character in each of our students over their athletic aspirations. Everything we do is about helping people be the best versions of themselves.
